One of the most meaningful ways to understand the impact of the Holocaust is through the personal stories shared by the family of survivors. These speakers carry forward their families’ experiences, not only testifying to the extent of the Holocaust, but they also provide a human face to the facts and figures that might otherwise seem impersonal. The Institute for Holocaust Education coordinates a Speaker’s Bureau, bringing second and third-generation speakers survivors to present to schools and groups throughout Nebraska and western Iowa. To arrange for a second or third-generation speaker to address your group, please fill out the form below. Questions? Contact the IHE at 402.334.6575.
