Lunch and Learn with Dr. Geralyn Crain

Dr. Crain will share the story of her mother, Alice Kern, a Holocaust survivor born in Romania. At 21, Kern was deported to Auschwitz and was liberated from Bergen Belsen. Her memoir, “Tapestry of Hope,”recounts her survival, and the documentary, “Journey to Remember,” follows her return to these sites with her daughters.
